This change is made following a change in ownership to Aaron Palmer and reflects our commitment to providing comprehensive occupational therapy, case management, and rehabilitation coaching services to help our clients work towards optimal health, wellness, and well-being.
Our approach of promoting co-creation and collaboration with our clients and their circle of care enables the development of relevant and effective treatment plans. This approach allows us to support our clients in achieving improved outcomes, including increased occupational participation and performance, development of performance skills and patterns, prevention, improved health and wellness, enhanced quality of life and wellbeing, and the promotion of occupational justice.
