Aaron Palmer is an Occupational Therapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists (COTO), qualified to work in Ontario. He graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from D’Youville University (formerly D’Youville College). Before this, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Concordia University Ann Arbor. He is a member in good standing with COTO; and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT).

Throughout his career, Sean has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing quality of life and independence for individuals with complex needs by leading therapeutic, skill-building, harm reduction and community reintegration programs. His professional background includes key roles with organizations such as West Park Healthcare Centre, Community Head Injury Resource Services (CHIRS), the Brain Injury Society of Toronto (BIST), and the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute of Ontario (NRIO). In these roles, he has developed and implemented treatment plans and smart goals; as well as advocated and coordinated access to services and supports.
Known for his excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, Sean has also played a significant role in mentoring students and contributing to sector-wide initiatives—such as presenting at the Toronto ABI Network Conference and serving on theAdvisory Committee on Accessible Transit (ACAT) with the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC).

Wayne is a Rehabilitation Coach with Palmer Wellness & Rehab and has been working with the company since 2004. Wayne graduated with a Diploma in Photography from the Tswane University of Technology, South Africa. Wayne Fisher continued his education at Brock University and obtained a Level 1 and 2 certificate in Brain Injury Rehabilitation as well as attending brain injury conferences and workshops. Wayne’s education and people skills makes him a valuable part of the team Palmer Wellness & Rehab.

Managing Director
Sabrina Palmer is the Managing Director of Palmer Wellness & Rehab. She holds a Master of Applied Disability Studies Degree with a Applied Behaviour Analysis Specialization from Brock University, Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a Psychology Minor from the University of Waterloo, and an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Science Technology from George Brown College. Sabrina is registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario as a Registered Behaviour Analyst and is also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
Sabrina has had the opportunity to work in various community and rehabilitation settings providing individualized and evidence-based support to children and adults with developmental disabilities, while promoting independence and helping them to live a fulling and enriching life. She also currently serves as a Research Assistant with Brock University.
